Remember those snow storms that hit the midwest the end of February? Well, I managed to take some pics in the early morning light to document our back to back snowyness this winter after spring type weather. The journaling is on the snowflake border card tucked between the photos and the snowflake.
I used MME Kraft Funday as the backgrounds and for the snowflakes so that I can enter the Scrap Your Stash challenge. Included in the Kraft challenge was to use 3 metal pieces, I have 4 if you don't include the brads holding them on!
The sketch inspiration for this one came from Kerys over at Scrapbooksteals. The Amber 6 MWM will be her last one, but I can't wait to see what she'll be up to around the interwebs.
In addition to Kraft Funday I used:
Studio G glitter glue, Ranger Enamel Accents, MME Washi, Girl's Paperie and Recollections ribbon, Jenni Bowlin alphas, the metal is from Paper Studios, American Crafts Christmas Knock out punch, Ranger Distress Ink Broken China, and Silhouette Cameo.
This is just adorable! I love the colors you used and the hidden journalling. Thank you so much for joining in the MWM's - I had a blast! Shame it had to end so soon :-(
ReplyDeleteYou will see me around though! You can't get rid of me THAT easily!!!! LOL! x

Great layout Jessica and I would have never thought to use the MME Kraft Funday for snow photos...thanks for inspiration! Thank you so much for participating in our Kraft it Up challenge at Scrap Our Stash!
ReplyDeleteI am such a fan of layouts with lots of pictures. This is such a neat layout- the kraft and snow go well together- and you found a way to sneak one more picture than the sketch into your final design. My blog doesn't show it (because I tend to scrapbook very slowly in between other projects), but your work has inspired scrapbook pages from me. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteWell now that you made me gush you have to start posting some of those pages! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great job with the Kraft It Up Challenge! Thanks so much for playing along with us at SOS! :)
