Today at Practical Scrappers we're featuring St. Patrick's Day/Green projects. We don't do much here for St. Patrick's so I decided to branch out of my normal color spectrum and do a green inspired layout about when we brought our kitten home almost a year ago!
The base paper is from Graphic 45 Botanicabella, then I layered on an assortment of scraps from Authentique, Basic Grey, and My Mind's Eye.
The title was created with a combination of Authentique letter stickers and American Crafts Thickers.
You'll notice I used more of my pony bead/enamel dots and check out that fun flower clip from Freckled Fawn - it was a perfect size for this layout!
I also gently inked some Studio Calico wood veneers with a Peeled Paint Distress Ink pad. I love how just a little ink and some new embellishments can make older papers fresh again.
The layout inspiration was from ScrapbookSteals' Mid Week Mojo sketch series - Rose 3.
What a great layout!!! Wonderful colors, lovely layering!!!!
