Last spring I purchased one of the Limited Edition Silhouette Advent Calendars (actually two of them, one is used to hold my washi, glitter, button spice jars, and other odds and ends). I'd seen a lot of crafty inspiration and loved that they were fillable with whatever my little heart desires!
It's been fun cutting it out and decorating all the little boxes. Now I just need a trip to the grocery store so I can find tasty treats. I'm guessing I can get a couple years worth of use out of those boxes, so the goal is to find non-candy options for next year.

I love advent celebrations. It is a great way to celebrate the coming festivities and help littles to focus on the real meaning and excitement of Christmas. Yours is beautiful, functional and crafty. Nice job.
